CMT Lotus Fitness is a virtual fitness business that gives women the tools to succeed on their health and fitness journey no matter where they are!
Our mission is to coach clients to the best of our abilities and give them sound and responsible advice. Seeing coaching as a team effort, we work together with clients to create a healthy lifestyle that is realistic for them and help them implement the steps to succeed.
This means that there is no specific way of eating or exercising that works for everyone. With this in mind, we take your specific health and fitness goals and find the best fit for you and your body. We will work together to keep you on track and encouraged to reach your goals.
Adapting new fitness habits can be super challenging. Our goal is to work healthy habits into your lifestyle so healthy changes become a natural part of who you are and your daily routine. We want you to feel your best and love who you are!
Chantal Thibodeau, started CMT Lotus Fitness with a passion for helping people feel confident, fit, and great in their own skin. Health and fitness isn't a one day, one diet, or one workout fix. Chantal wants to help her clients reach their goals by coaching them in a way that excludes diets or quick fixes, but help implement the steps to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that they love!
