An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.
When's the last time you got the attention you deserve and talked to someone about your health?
Your health coach works with you using a holistic approach to your health and wellness. Your coach looks at how one area of your life may affect another, which may be preventing you from achieving your goals. Looking into all areas of health, you and your coach work together to get to the root cause of health concerns, and create healthy habits to form a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Is stress affecting your weight loss? Is low energy impacting your ability to exercise? Not only does what we eat affect our health but so do healthier relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and spiritual awareness. These are all essential sources of nourishment. Your coach supports you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
Equipping you with the tools you need to get in touch with your body’s needs so you can make the best informed decisions in any circumstance. No one is the same therefore, no one way of eating, exercise plan, or way of being works for everyone. Everyone has unique food and lifestyle needs. Chantal believes that you have the potential to be your own expert and do not need to rely on fad diets, or what may have worked for someone else.
Fad diets don’t work. While working with your health coach you will work together on finding a way of eating that is best for you and make adjustments along the way. By addressing the root of the problem we will learn what your body is really telling you, giving you the power to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
Alongside Chantal, you will create specific goals that will fill the gap between where you are now, and where you want to be. Together you will explore why some foods work for you and make you feel better than others, and strategically use that feedback. You and your coach will co-create your health goals within a reasonable time frame by using sustainable, actionable steps. Each session you will discuss attainable new steps to work on. Your health coach will support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences.

We offer guest teacher classes for Zumba®, dance (ballet, jazz or contemporary), or workout sessions and offer guest speaker sessions on topics such as health, fitness and wellness.
